Biography
Takehito Kaneko serves as the Chairman and Representative Director of GMO Aozora Net Bank, Ltd., (ex-Aozora Trust Bank, Ltd.) since 2017 and concurrently appointed as a board member of GMO Internet, Inc., GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. and GMO Financial Holdings, Inc. too.
He started his career at IBM Japan in 1986 and engaged in Financial System division and business development as a Vice President of IBM corporation in US during 2010-2011. After returning to IBM Japan, he was appointed to a Senior Executive Board Member and demonstrated superior leadership in Software division and Global Technology Service division.
