Biography

Mr. Pang(Alex) ZHAO is the head of the in-house research and consulting arm of 36Kr Global.

Prior to his current position, Alex served as an Assistant Vice President with Hong Kong Stock Exchange for three years. He is an active promoter of Hong Kong IPO listing and HK capital markets innovation.

Previous to his role with HKEX, Alex was a seasoned investment banker with five years of professional exposure to the TMT sectors，specialized in equity and equity-linked underwriting.

At 36Kr Global, Alex's team of experts with hands-on experiences are dedicated to tracking, analyzing, and interpreting the technology-driven trends for corporations, startups, and investment institutions, helping them make better-informed decisions to tackle real-world business challenges in the cross-border context.
