Deputy Commissioner (International, Investigation & Indirect Taxes), Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore


Huey Min is the Deputy Commissioner of International, Investigation and Indirect Taxes at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. She is responsible for International Tax Affairs and Relations, Tax Fraud Investigations and Forensics, as well as the major indirect taxes i.e. Goods and Services Taxes (GST), Property Tax and Stamp Duties. Huey Min is the Singapore representative to the OECD/Inclusive Framework on BEPs and she is also a member of its Steering Group. In addition, she has been serving as the Chair of the Peer Review Group of the Global Forum for Tax and Information Exchange since 2016. Prior to that, she held the role of the Vice-Chair of Peer Review Group from 2010 to 2015.
