Felix Beatty is the CISO at Paidy, a top funded Japanese FinTech startup that provides instant credit to consumers in Japan.

He is also the elected VP of Plans & Programs for the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Tokyo, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is member-driven and dedicated to serving the local Japanese and US military, government, industry, and academia in and around Tokyo as a venue for educating and advancing professional knowledge on a variety of topics, to include information technology, cybersecurity, intelligence, and telecommunications.

Felix graduated in 2003 with an MSc in Information Security from the Royal Holloway University of London, which is certified by the NCSC (a part of GCHQ). He also holds several certifications, including CCISO, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CISSP (since 2001), and CCSP.
