As deputy head of division, Rob manages the OECD's Committee on Financial Markets (CMF) and directs the division’s work on global financial markets, digitalisation of finance, and sustainable finance. Rob represents the OECD on the Financial Stability Board, the Network for the Greening of the Financial System, and the ESMA’s Financial Innovations Consultative Working Group.
Previously, Rob spent five years at the Financial Stability Board, where he led the assessment of global financial stability risks and chaired its Analytical Group on Vulnerabilities. Also, Rob spent a decade at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, most recently as a team manager in the Markets Group. Rob holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and an MA in international relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS. He is a CFA charterholder.
